Hot Stone Massage is warming, relaxing treatment that does not require changes in your daily routine or follow up treatment. After receiving any massage, you should make sure to drink plenty of water and if you feel tired, rest. Your body was in a relaxed state for over an hour. During a massage, blood is circulated through your system removing toxins at an accelerated pace. Drinking water is important to avoid dehydration. Dehydration can contribute to headaches, dizziness, and nausea. Follow up with your provider for further concerns and questions.
