Membership Usage

- Text and Phone: Offers a more personalized touch for booking assistance.
General Membership Terms
- Minimum Commitment of 6 months is required for all membership levels.
- Membership fees are billed on the first of each month.
- Credits are redeemable only under an active membership and expire upon membership cancellation.
- Active Membership Definition: A membership is considered active with a membership charge in the last 90 days.
- Automatic Cancellation: Memberships without a monthly membership charge for 120 days will be deemed inactive will be automatically canceled, and all credits will be forfeited.
- Credit Card on File is Mandatory for all members.
- Agreement to Terms: Membership contingent upon agreeing to all terms and conditions.
- Conditions or limitations on benefits usage may apply per client to make sure the medical service is recommended for the patient.
Membership Tiers
- Advanced Membership: $150 per month for 1 monthly service and 15% off retail products.
- Pro Membership: $280 per month for 1 monthly premium service and 15% off retail products.
- Complete Membership: $400 per month for 1 Facial and 1 Medical Procedure and 15% off retail products.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
- 72-Hour Notice: Confirm any changes to your appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any fees and/or loss of credit.
- Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, a $100 fee will be applied.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to confirm a change up to 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a no-show.
- Credit Loss: A no-show leads to the forfeiture of the scheduled service credit.
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond this, it is considered a no-show.
Guest Pass
- Eligibility: Redeemable for new, first-time patients only.
- Frequency: Issued every 3 visits.
- Usage: Must be used at the 3-visit cycle mark; non-accumulative.
- Guest Booking: Full guest information is required (ie. first name, last name, phone number and email).
- Member Responsibility: Members are accountable for any guest no-shows or late cancellations unless the guest provides their credit card.
Cancellation Policy

- Clearance of Dues: All dues must be settled before cancellation can be processed.

- Non-Payment: If there is non-payment for 120 days, the membership will be canceled, and credits will be lost.
Pause Policy
