Business and website use
This website is operated by GEORGETOWN ALLURE LLC DBA Georgetown Allure Medical Spa. Website information is educational and does not provide an individual diagnosis, promise a result, establish a treatment relationship or replace an appropriate consultation. Treatment suitability and informed consent are addressed through the applicable clinical process. Individual results and recovery vary.
Appointments and purchases
Use our Book Now link to access Zenoti or contact our team for assistance. A request form does not guarantee an appointment. Review the price, offer eligibility, cancellation terms and any membership, package or financing agreement presented before booking or purchase. A later website update does not automatically rewrite a prior signed agreement. We do not use these website terms as a substitute for procedure-specific informed consent.
SMS messaging program
With your separate opt-in, Georgetown Allure sends marketing texts about offers, discounts, and service and product updates. With your separate appointment-message opt-in, we send non-marketing appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, cancellation notices and appointment-related follow-ups. You can select either subscription, both or neither. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase, booking or treatment. You must provide a number you are authorized to use.
Message frequency varies according to the subscription, appointment activity and interactions. Message and data rates may apply to texts sent to or from us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and SMS should not be used for emergencies.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation that your opt-out was processed; further subscription messages require a valid new opt-in. To rejoin, complete the current signup process and affirmatively select the desired subscription. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@georgetownallure.com or 202-980-1798. You can also contact us to update your preferences or report that a phone number has changed.
Privacy and separate permissions
Read our Privacy Policy at https://georgetownallure.com/privacy-policy/ for information about data handling and SMS consent protections. Acceptance of these terms or the Privacy Policy does not itself enroll you in SMS or email marketing. Photography, testimonials and clinical authorizations are handled separately where required.
Consumer rights and clinical questions
Financing is governed by the lender’s agreement and applicable law; it is separate from the treatment agreement. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, prevent a truthful review, or prohibit a complaint to a regulator. Please contact us about billing or service concerns so we can review them. Urgent clinical concerns require appropriate medical assistance; call 911 in an emergency.
