I acknowledge that all online sales, whether for retail products or service vouchers, are final. I accept that due diligence on my part is necessary before making online purchases, given the no refunds, no exchanges policy.

Product and Service Voucher Understanding:

I comprehend that product descriptions and service voucher details provided online are comprehensive, allowing for informed decisions. I accept the responsibility for verifying the suitability and expectations of these products and services prior to purchase.

Privacy and Security Agreement:

Shipping and Redemption:

Consistent with the spa's policy, I accept that returns or exchanges for online purchases are not permitted, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, for which immediate rectification will be sought. Policy Changes Acknowledgment:

Harm Free Agreement:

In signing this agreement, I agree to hold Georgetown Allure Medical Spa harmless from any complications, issues, or liabilities that may arise before, during, or after receiving services at any point. This includes, but is not limited to, any complications resulting from treatments, involvement in business operations, or presence within the premises of the spa.

Electronic Signature Acknowledgment:

By selecting "Agree" and providing my electronic signature below, I am legally binding myself to the terms and conditions of this waiver agreement.

Financial Commitment payment plan:

I hereby acknowledge and fully understand that any finance plan, including those with Cherry, Affirm, Shalem and CareCredit, is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the policies set forth by these financial providers.
