"It’s a good clinic, but if you go in for the non-invasive face lift promo they offer, one session alone will do absolutely nothing to your face. I saw 0 results with one session. You have to buy a series to see results and do it for months. I wasn’t informed of this before my appointment and ended up spending money for nothing. I could have done a facial instead. So just be aware if you buy their non-invasive face lift promo."

I like their new location on 19th street as it is easier to get to than the former M street location. It is easy to get an appointment at the time I want. The only thing that I wish will improve soon is the website. She has too. I also bought cleanser and day cream for myself. It's great for sensitive skin. Most of my life, I didn't use any skin care items. My face has always been super sensitive and I'm always afraid of how my face would react to chemicals. This is a nice soft creamy texture. The smell is pleasant too."
